Nelson’s Bar, Pulford, Chester

Working alongside Nelson Northwest Hotels, Tibbatts Abel were tasked to transform the beloved Nelson's Bar into a best of British dining experience filled with nautical themes and vibrant interior details.

As soon as guests enter the Nelson's they are greeted by the original but highly improved central bar, with its illuminated back bar display and brass overbar feature. The floor received a dynamic new look, combining dark stained timber planks with neutral toned ceramic tiles which forms a transition between the lounge and restaurant area.
Aged decorative metal tiles crawl throughout the ceiling reflecting the subtle amber glow emitting from the handcrafted nautical themed light fittings. Every detail tells a story at the Nelson's Bar, and it welcomes its guests to tell theirs.
