Having been closed for two years, The Greyhound was purchased for redevelopment by our clients, Urban & Country Leisure.
As part of the £750,000 refurbishment, we negotiated with the Local Authority to add a large extension to the existing building to house a dining conservatory and new kitchen appropriate to the food offer.
The entire site was refurbished and transformed into a contemporary styled country pub and dining room.
