TibbattsKirkAbel have a varied portfolio of Leisure and Hospitality projects. We offer a full Interior and Architectural Design service that incorporates all items as outlined in our Schedule of Standard Services document .

In general, our Standard Service includes the following;

• Assisting Clients to locate and secure an appropriate site
• Detailed concept development
• Full schematic design and presentation
• Local Authority consultation to obtain required consents
• Production of a detail design drawing package
• Production of procurement schedules
• On site coordination and project administration through to completion and handover

Our service can be tailored for each individual project to provide the right amount of expertise to ensure efficient project completion.

In addition to the creativity of completed projects, we pride ourselves in the somewhat hidden technical elements that include Building Regulations and Fire Strategy. Many of our notable London projects have been carved out of previously assumed awkward and inappropriate sites. Our many years of experience have proved that a difficult site often provides a challenging and exciting interior.
